If you’ve been through Birmingham town centre over the past few weeks, then it would have been quite hard for you to have missed the Christmas Market. Also known as the “German Market” or “Birmingham’s Frankfurt Christmas Market” and said to be the largest outdoor market in the UK.
My good friend Chris and I decided to go down for a couple of hours and take some shots, with the efforts of me not being distracted or blinded by the lights. We started from High St./New St., to Victoria Square and ended at Millennium point.
I had done a few Ferris wheel day shots in 2015, had them printed and it was always on my list to do a night shoot – now something I have ticked off.
The Market has been running since 15th November, until 23rd December so there are enough days to catch the festivities if you have not had the chance to do so just yet.
